国内注册twitter时，国际代码+86不支持，所以无法使用twitter账号。一种另类注册twitter账号的方法。注册时选用邮箱注册，在使用twitter时会提示你输入电话号。进入twitter帮助中心页面，找到关于暂停（suspended accounts）账号页面；

点击蓝字提出申诉的链接；

如果你的账号被暂停或冻结，页面中提示你的账号时暂停或冻结状态，并可以填写存在的问题，否则表格是不能填写的。你将以下英文的信件粘贴到问题概述中，并填写表格中twitter账号登录的邮箱地址及名字；

填写申诉工单页面

点击提交，出现人机对话框，打勾点击继续，完成后出现谢谢画面；

登录你的twitter账号的注册邮箱，接收到twitter回复信后，回复“Thanks”

几天后会收到确认信，你的twitter账号可以使用了。
